No, we mainly customize based on customer requirement.
From the initial idea to the finished technical drawing, it could take 2 weeks if the customer cooperates very well in the design. We need to go back and forth to confirm the design until the customer is satisfied. Once the customer approves the drawing, usually 3-4 weeks later the mould will be ready.
Depending on the order quantity and production details. Normally it will take 15~30 days, once the mold is ready.
We always do a pre-production sample before mass production and always ensure we have final Inspection, visual inspection, and strict quality check before shipment.
